01. Agreement & Scope of Work

Oasis Design ("we," "our," or "us") provides creative digital design, web development, custom software engineering, and business automation solutions (such as CRM setups, spreadsheet control systems, and WhatsApp automated booking bots).

All work is conducted according to the agreed proposal, quotation, or project brief. Any additional features, extra pages, or structural changes requested outside the initial agreed scope will be quoted separately.

02. Payment & Payment Terms

To ensure dedicated resource allocation and project scheduling, our standard payment terms are structured as follows:

• 70% Initial Deposit: Required before any project research, design, coding, or system development commences.
• 30% Final Balance: Due upon project completion, prior to live server deployment, domain handover, or transfer of admin permissions.
• Custom & Retainer Services: Ongoing maintenance, brand consultations, and system hosting retainers are billed on agreed monthly terms.

03. Client Content & Timelines

Project timelines (typically 14 working days for websites and systems) rely on prompt client collaboration:

• Clients must provide necessary brand assets, logos, copy text, images, and API credentials in a timely manner.
• Delays in receiving required content or feedback may result in timeline adjustments or rescheduled completion dates.

04. Revisions & Scope Modifications

We aim for perfection and client satisfaction on every build:

• Projects include agreed revision rounds during the draft design and development phases.
• Minor adjustments are gladly accommodated. Major revisions or fundamental changes to agreed workflows after sign-off will require a revised scope and quotation.

05. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full final payment, full ownership rights for custom logos, vector graphics, website source code, and custom client dashboards are transferred to the client. Oasis Design retains the right to display completed projects within our agency portfolio and marketing showcases.

06. Digital Creative Disclaimer & Hosting

Oasis Design specializes exclusively in digital graphic design, web architectures, and software automation. We do not provide physical printing services.

For web hosting and domain setup, we assist with secure deployment, free SSL certificates, and server configuration on top-tier global hosting platforms.
